Best Western Hotel Wiesbaden new in online vendor management

The new Best Western Hotel Wiesbaden, operated by B.W. Hotel Wiesbaden GmbH, will be speeding up its back office processes with online invoicing from allinvos with immediate effect. This means that all 5 establishments of the B.W. operating company now rely on the smart, fully automated solutions from allinvos.

The business and city hotel with its 165 rooms is scheduled to open in the Verso district of Wiesbaden at the end of 2018. It is modern with a clear design and technology orientation and has a high-quality space and furnishing approach with an open, flowing arrangement of lobby, bar and breakfast area.

The B.W. hotel operating company manages Best Western brand hotels and develops new sites for Best Western.

Besides the new Best Western Hotel Wiesbaden, the operating company currently runs four hotels at locations in Bad Mergentheim, Bremen, Münster-Hiltrup and Giessen. Furthermore, a new lease agreement has been concluded for a location in Munich (2020).

A total of over 300 establishments in seven different countries currently rely on allinvos to improve the workflows associated with their invoice processing. Besides hotels in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium, hotels in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and in Spain also benefit from the online invoice management system solutions.
